| It’s finally time to resurface the tennis courts with the new colors. The courts will be closed starting Monday, May 17th and reopen on Saturday, May 22nd. All courts will be up and ready for the Tennis Mixer on Sunday, May 23rd. |
The question has come up regarding
political signs in Rinconada Hills. Any
restriction in the CC&Rs regarding Political
Signs is unenforceable. Although we can
prohibit signs in the common areas, we
cannot prohibit signs and posters on or in
an owner’s separate interest. We can
however, prohibit signs that are more than
9 square feet in size, and the number of
signs through Civil Code 1353.6. A
simple understanding is that only single
family lots can put political signs in their
yards. Townhomes have common area
surrounding them, so signs can only be
put in windows, but still must be 9 square
feet or less.
