                                             RINCONADA HILLS SIGNAGE RULES
                                                          (Updated June 2011)

The following are the rules for Realtor signage:

Signs for open houses:

Signs:

-        Only small Arrow Open House signs can be used for open house directions. No A-Frame signs
are to be used at the gate, on street entrances or in front of the subject property.

Only one open house arrow sign can be placed at the entrance to the street of the home for sale.
i.e a home on Altura Vista can have sign placed at
intersection of Casitas & Altura Vista, home on Vista del Lago can have one sign at Casitas that
turns down to the lake.

-        Small Arrow signs can only be used in front of the home along with sign on regular stand. No
A-frames to be used in front of homes.

-        Only 2 signs can be used for one home except on Wed. tour day.
(1) On the street leading to home and (2) in front of the subject home.

-        Signs placed in the circle area of the entrance around the flag pole are forbidden and will be
removed by Traffic Control and placed by the Traffic Control House for pickup by the Realtor.

Maps to open houses:

-        Realtors are to provide a map to your Open House(s) location to the Traffic Control person
upon entering the gate. This map can be copied from the Rinconada website to show the street
address(s). Copy your business card on the page of the map. Traffic personnel are now instructed
to give these maps to people coming in to see Open Houses. Brochures of homes can also be
given out at the same time. Maps to be used will help eliminate the use of more signs inside
Rinconada Hills.

Front Gate Sign:

-        Rinconada Hills has implemented a standard single sign that will be placed in the paved area
just in front of the island off Pollard Rd. This sign will replace all individual Realtors signs with one
sign reading “Homes Open”. This sign will hung on the post each Saturday & Sunday for open
houses. Traffic Personnel are responsible to install in the morning and retrieve in late afternoon.

Wednesday Tour Day:

-        Small Arrow signs can be placed at the entrance
to the street leading to the home on tour as well as the Arrow sign in front of the home on tour.
